No project will commence and complete on time, and achieve value from the supply chain, without robustly structured project specific BIM protocols.
Each project building is unique and will take form in the VDC realm via concise and prescriptive protocols that respond to the EIR. Each building must be considered singularly from start to finish and define the deliverables of the designer/suppliers. We author bespoke protocols to suit each project, including masterplans.

MaintainedAsset Protocols
Once an organization that owns and operates its buildings has experience in managing the building using CAFM and O&M systems, it will then understand its needs, and manifest those in its protocols.

An organization planning the operation of its buildings for fire safety management and for planned maintenance will need to align the asset data at site with their operational systems.

The Asset Information Requirement AIR, is the protocol that defines which modelled elements will be maintained, using what information and managed in which system.
​
The designer/suppliers are the authors of the modelled assets and the data invested within them. A NXUS BIM Information Manager will lead the project team to develop and deliver your organization's data as required and fit for purpose.
