Masterplan Plot Protocols
For ECDC's planning stage the appointed architects were required to implement the stipulations of the Earls Court Development Company's suite of BIM protocols.
NXUS BIM authored BIM Execution Plan protocols specific to each company and their masterplan plots for the planning submissions.
We went on to setup their 3D BIM files and lead their interactions with the wider project team
Projects communicate in a common language
Appointed Parties are required to navigate and implement the suite of project protocols seen below and form a responding BIM Execution Plan for their project team. NXUS BIM extracted the stipulations presented in the ECDC's protocols and formed protocols unique to each project and plot for the Appointed Parties to implement.
By providing a single resource used as a daily reference, the project team are enabled to develop a model compliant with each project stage and submit a coherent and useful data set back to the ECDC.
